Soliloquy III (Series 3)

Soliloquy III is an ongoing series of video documentaries, made with participation of volunteer artists speaking their thoughts aloud about their art project while still in process, for a few rounds over time. The montage is based on artist’s thoughts’ intersection. The artist sits in front of the camera describing her first ideas. They return later when they make progress through time. They would sit facing the camera, with a remote control in hand to play her recorded file. They would pause and add comments about new plans. Later I would edit each comment at the moment they paused the sound. The result is played for them in the next round. This would be repeated until the process is completed.
